Thank you for shopping at PowerVibe. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • 🗓️ The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • 📦 The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • 🧾 Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

📩 To request a return, please contact us at ceo@powervibe.vip with your order number and reason for return.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • 🔧 Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • 🚚 Incorrect item shipped

📩 Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

📌 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • 🔖 Items marked as final sale

  • ❌ Used or damaged items not caused by transit

  • 🧵 Custom or special-order products


📦 Return Shipping

  • 📬 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).

  • 🧾 We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
